Interviews with leadership and key operators, review of current priorities, meeting cadence, and decision flows. We identify where strategy breaks down between planning and day-to-day execution.
Define the operating model needed to support growth: decision rights, planning rhythm, OKRs, portfolio governance, and cross-team accountability.
Install the operating rhythm and tools.
Facilitate launches, coach team leaders through obstacles, and refine the system as teams begin using it.
