I don’t lead by being the world’s top expert in your industry on day one. I lead by building clarity and an execution system that works in any environment: what matters most, who owns what, how decisions get made, and how the work moves across teams without heroics.
That’s why I’ve been able to move from media and publishing to large corporate environments, growth-stage companies, and deeply technical scientific businesses, and still drive outcomes.

Why I started Jonas-Works
I started Jonas-Works because I want to keep doing this work across different organizations in focused, high-impact engagements, while also building my own product. Some clients bring me in for a short diagnostic and a targeted fix. Others need an embedded fractional COO partner for a longer stretch.
